About the company

Remote IT support and websites,
delivered personally.

Geeks Technologies provides personal remote computer support and website services for homes and small businesses. Serving clients in the USA, Canada and India.

About Geeks Technologies

One accountable person,
from first conversation to follow-through.

Geeks Technologies exists to make technology support simpler for people who just want things to work. We help homes and small businesses with everyday computer problems, ongoing maintenance, and website projects, all delivered remotely so help is available without waiting for a visit.

You work directly with the person handling your request, with continuity from the first conversation onward. Your needs, the agreed work and the next steps stay part of the same conversation.

Our approach is built on three habits: listen carefully before acting, agree what is included before work begins, and explain the outcome clearly once it is done. We believe good support is as much about communication as it is about technical skill.

We serve clients remotely in the USA, Canada and India, with a 24/7 dedicated number for existing clients.
